Join me for Seek Within, my signature 8 week course where we dive into the wisdom in body, mind and heart through self inquiry, meditation, therapeutic creative expression, Yoga Nidra and more!
There are many different chakra systems, but since we have 8 weeks, we’ll be using the Western Chakra System as a guide along our journey together. Each energy center illuminates different energetic themes and light within us, and we’ll explore how these subtle energies reveal themselves to us in the physical, emotional and mental realms of the body.
Through the curious process of self discovery, we gain deeper insights into the world within: how we move through the world, how we hold ourselves back, and how we can give ourselves permission to shine our unique light into the world. Creating this inward clarity will set the wheels of momentum into motion: transforming stagnancy into flow & fogginess into clear vision.
There is so much insight and clarity we can tune into when we shine the light of awareness inward. Let’s dive in together!
